ESTROGEN FEST II has come and gone. But for most of us that took part in laying the ground work and making it all come together, it was an event that none of us will ever forget!

Estrogen Fest II, linked us all together through fundamentals such as  friendship, music and nature. So many women from all walks of life and all ages came out to the park and showed their support in one way or another. The backdrop was picture perfect along with the weather. The kitchen and grill area filled the air with great smells while they served up a wonderful variety of food. People couldn't stop talking about the food! Not your normal event food for sure. Everything was fresh and made to order.

Como’s set-up a great outdoor Bar, it was fun and the people who worked it, had a blast as well. The Market area was so unique and everyone had great stuff to sell. Torches lined the park along with twinkle lights, it turned the darkness into magic, the stage was perfect, the lighting and sound guys did a wonderful job. Along with our DJ'S and special MC'S. The performers did an outstanding job as well. The woods WERE alive with music. The music Cafe was also filled with music day and night. We might have gotten a little ahead of ourselves for a first year festival, but if you were there, you'd have to agree that every one of the performers were first class. The show went on whether they were singing to 20 people or 400 people. Performers and artist came from as far as California. It was truly unforgettable.

Volunteers quickly became friends. Golf carts shuttled people back and fourth from the parking lots, while security buzzed around securing the grounds. Everyone did such a great job, the event didn't have a single incident. At one point in the wee hours of the night, we did have a visit from the local cops! But even they were cool. The DNR couldn't stay away, they ate our food, wore our t-shirts, and even Paul the Manager of the park was crowd Ms. Esterogen Fest II. Everyone got along and enjoyed the sites and sounds! That is a rare event in these times!!

THE GODMOTHERS WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED IN MAKING THIS A TRULY GREAT EVENT. THANK YOU TO ALL OUR SPONSORS, VENDORS, VOLUNTEERS, STAFF, BOARD MEMBERS, AND GUESTS. THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR PERFORMERS, COMEDIANS, POETS, MC'S, AND DJ'S. THIS WAS TRULY AN AMAZING SHOW.

Our hope is that everyone who came out to Estrogen Fest II, will spread the word. We cannot have big events like Estrogen Fest with out the support of the community. Many people sent us letters and emails, with rave reviews and thanks! Your continued support means everything to us!
